Barcelo Montelimar Beach All-inclusive 
The 210-hectare Barcelo Playa Montelimar is the only All-Inclusive Hotel in Nicaragua, and is located on the western coast of the Nicaraguan Pacific, 40 miles from Managua, and 45 miles from Augusto International Airport. Hotel amenities include the two swimming pools (one has a snack bar), bar on the beach, Jacuzzi, gym, two tennis courts, soccer field, mini golf course, athletic track, horseback riding school, hairdresser, massage service, pharmacy, spacious terraces and gardens, gift shop, jewelry boutique, travel agency, discotheque, casino, and zoo. There are 4 restaurants: two a la carte specializing in international cuisine, one buffet-style restaurant, and a fourth specializing in charcoal-grilled meats. The all-inclusive plan covers the buffet breakfast and dinner, midday snack next to the swimming pool or barbecue on the beach, daytime and nighttime entertainment programs, local beverages in the bars, watersports (except those that are not included), tennis (clay court), soccer, mini-golf, basketball, lounge chairs, and all taxes and tips. Services not included are imported beverages, motor-driven vehicles, horseback riding, tours, telephone and communications, purchases at all boutiques, medical services, massages, laundry services, security key, and any services offered by external suppliers.
